The Mortgage Telephony team within Ulster Bank required a video to de-mystify the process for customers availing of their new service.

We recommended that featuring the actual Mortgage Advisors was an opportunity to show a human side to a procedure that some customers may see as faceless and automatic. The language and tone of voice used was simple and non-technical. Shots of the Advisors getting ready served to lighten the mood and show personality. On the day of filming, care was taken to ensure that performances were friendly and sincere. In directing the video, making the Advisors relaxed and natural was a key focus for us.
