"A new dawn awakens…"

Filming this Brand video on the opening race day of the new Curragh racecourse amongst 20,000 punters was a challenge. We had to work around the staff, the jockeys and the public and capture the specific moments, that we knew we needed, on the fly.

With two main camera units, a separate time-lapse unit and a small ‘rent a crowd’, we managed to set-up particular shots, as well as capture the real excitement and build-up that is race day at The Curragh. An additional 1/2 day filming for sunrise and portraiture shots ensured that we had a wealth of options for our Brand video edit, as well as multiple social media videobites.

A great script by Goosebump, a powerful voiceover delivery by Andrew Bennet and a majestic soundtrack lifted the visuals to an epic level.
